Standard Rates:
Monday – Friday 8:00 am – 7:00 pm $80 an hour. *Remote Desktop Support $25 an hour.Quick and Easy:
$40.00 for any service less than 30 minutes during regular business hours only.After Regular Business Hours 7:00 pm – midnight and Saturday Rates: $90 an hour.
Emergency Rates: Holidays, Sundays, and after midnight: $150 an hour.
Travel Charge
Free within 25 mile radius from Portsmouth, RI
26 – 50 miles = $25.00
51 – 75 miles = $50.00
All appointments require 2 hour notice of cancellation to avoid 1 hour charge. Payments in full are due upon completion of work.
Note: It is your responsibility to backup your data prior to service. I can assist you with this, but we will not assume any liability for loss of data, or returning your computer to its original state prior to service.
Legal issues: We will only work on software that you are running legally. This includes having a valid certificate of authenticity (COA) and license for your operating system.
